All our therapists engage in regular clinical supervision in accordance with professional body guidelines, ensuring safe and ethical practice.

Social Media & Communication Policy
To maintain professional boundaries, we do not engage with clients via social media. Communication is limited to agreed methods such as phone or email.

Session notes are kept securely and confidentially. Clients may request access to their records in line with data protection laws.
