02

Adoption & Foster Care

We provide therapeutic support for individuals and families connected to adoption and foster care, including adoptive parents, foster carers, and children, helping them navigate attachment, identity, and trauma-related challenges.

04

Mental Health

We support individuals facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and bereavement, providing a safe space to explore emotions and develop coping strategies.

01

MIM Assessment

A structured assessment used to observe and understand the quality of interaction between a child and caregiver. It helps identify patterns in attachment, communication, and emotional connection, and is often used to inform therapeutic work with families.

03

NVR Training

Training based on the Non-Violent Resistance approach, which equips parents, carers, and professionals with strategies to manage child-to-parent violence or extreme challenging behaviour. It focuses on de-escalation, setting boundaries, and strengthening relationships without using aggression or force.

02

CAPA Assesment

CAPA is a clinical system used primarily in child and adolescent mental health services. It combines assessments and interventions, focusing on shared decision-making with young people and families to match the right support to their specific needs.

03

Story Stem Assesments

Story Stem Assessments are therapeutic tools used to explore a child’s internal world by presenting the beginning of a story (a "stem") and inviting the child to complete it. Through their responses, therapists gain insight into the child’s perceptions of relationships, attachment patterns, emotional understanding, and experiences- especially in the context of family and caregiving.

01

EDMR

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) is a structured, evidence-based therapy used to help people process and heal from traumatic or distressing experiences. It uses guided eye movements or other forms of bilateral stimulation to reduce the emotional intensity of traumatic memories, allowing the brain to reprocess them in a healthier way.

03

Person Centred Therapy

Person-Centred Therapy is a humanistic approach that focuses on creating a safe, non-judgmental space where individuals feel heard, valued, and accepted. It’s based on the belief that people have the capacity for self-healing and growth when supported with empathy, genuineness, and unconditional positive regard from the therapist.

02

CBT

CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) is a structured, goal-oriented form of therapy that helps individuals identify and change unhelpful thoughts, beliefs, and behaviours. It focuses on developing practical coping strategies to manage issues like anxiety, depression, and stress by addressing the connection between how we think, feel, and act.

04

Integrative Therapy

Integrative Therapy is a flexible, personalised approach that combines techniques from different therapeutic models -such as person-centred, cognitive behavioural, and psychodynamic - to best meet the unique needs of each individual. It recognises that no single method works for everyone and tailors therapy to support holistic healing and growth.

05

Attachment-Based Work

Attachment-Based Therapy focuses on understanding how early relationships - especially with caregivers - impact emotional development, behaviour, and current relationships. It aims to strengthen trust, security, and connection by addressing attachment wounds and helping individuals build healthier, more secure relational patterns.

07

Mindfulness-Based Approaches

Mindfulness-Based Therapy is an approach that encourages individuals to focus on the present moment with awareness and acceptance. By cultivating mindfulness through practices like breathing, meditation, and body awareness, it helps reduce stress, improve emotional regulation, and support overall mental wellbeing.

06

Psychoeducation

Psychoeducation involves teaching individuals and families about mental health conditions, emotional processes, and coping strategies to help them better understand their experiences. It empowers people with knowledge, reduces stigma, and supports informed, active participation in their own healing and wellbeing.

Our dream is to support not just the individual, but the whole family. Parents, carers, and siblings need space for healing too. We are driven by compassion, community, and a commitment to creating safe, therapeutic spaces. Our approach is holistic and person-centred — we take the time to understand the whole person, offering flexible, ongoing support with no session limits. It’s about building trust and being there whenever we're needed, for the entire family system.
