PEPS Support
Peer-based emotional and practical support involves individuals with shared lived experiences offering mutual understanding, encouragement, and guidance to one another, helping to reduce isolation and promote healing in a supportive, non-clinical setting.

NVR Therapy
NVR (Non-Violent Resistance) is a therapeutic approach that supports parents and carers in responding calmly and effectively to child-to-parent violence or challenging behaviour, focusing on rebuilding connection, setting clear boundaries, and reducing conflict without the use of aggression or control.

Group Therapy
